Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back Intelligent autonomous systems Yu.V. Tyumentsev A concept of artificial intelligent system (AIS) is introduced as a special kind of dynamical systems. Based on the analysis of research trends in the AIS area a conclusion is arrived about necessity of some challenge problem. This problem would serve as a basis to discuss and to compare correctly conceptual and algorithmic results obtained in the AIS area. A very important subclass of the AIS systems is intelligent autonomous systems (IAS). It is offered to utilize IAS creation problem as the challenge problem. Basic features of the IAS are discussed as well as some typical IAS examples are listed.
