Putov The automized mobile installation of an airfield upkeep for friction coefficient measuring of a surface of the runway formed on an electromechanical mode of braking actions of a measuring rag-wheel is designed. The electromechanical device of automatic control and automation of conditions of measuring, integrated in the automized system implemented on the basis of controllable electrical machines, powered electronics, computer and microcontroller technique is featured. The engineering development of this installation as the hauled carriage installed on the chassis is represented assembled on the basis of the forward bridge of the serial automobile of a VAZ-2121 and the outcomes of airfield trials are presented.
