Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back Electromagnetic system of orientation of space vehicles of an inflatable film design V.L. Balakin, I.V. Belokonov, N.D. Semkin and others For space vehicles (SV) of an inflatable film design which may be applied as detectors of particles of space debris, the concept of construction of an attitude control system on vector of a magnetic field of the Earth is offered. Actuators of a current-carrying contour being configuration items of SV are necessary as the basis of the conception. The mathematical model of formation of the control moments is developed due to creation of electric currents in various contours. Efficiency of use of the offered approach for various versions of orientation of SV is appreciated.
