Patrakov Manufacture of high-precision components of aircraft instrument-making is characterized by an extremely low allowable level of presence of defects about 10–6. Thus the statistical methods based on a hypothesis of a normality of distributions of probabilities of parameters of quality, frequently appear inadequate to real conditions. The alternative approach – use of methods of not parametrical statistics in tasks of a rating of technological processes is considered.
