Vinogradov, M.A. Zaharov, B.A. Taushan Results of trial measurements of the Earth rotation speed by laser gyroscope are submitted. The movement of atoms in the direct current discharge is used as a non-mutual element. The discharge rate modulation with frequency of 12,5 Hz is applied. The received results allow forecasting the creation of a small, inexpensive gyroscope, proof against external influences to within 0,1 degree/hour.
