Barinov The diffraction phenomena at light passage through an aperture in the attenuator are viewed. The analytic dependences of the emission intensity size on the diaphragm form factor and optical system parameters are deduced. The methodical error and degree of influence of the diffraction phenomena on precision of measurement are estimated.
