Tsvetkov The principles and methods of SH and CMM systems with NCS basic units construction, minimization and error reduction algorithms of the coordinate – measuring systems (systematic, casual, orientational, drift errors and others) have been developed. The research-anddevelopment activities on creation and accuracy assyrance of a new class measuring devices – precision SH and CMM, adaptive to variable conditions and objects of measurement, have been conduced.
