Smirnov The paper considers the issues of intellectual control (IC) of space satellites (SS) by means of earth-basedstations of control and measurement systems (ES CMS). It focuses on the methodology of IC SS. The paper gives considerations on creating real time dynamic intellectual systems (RTDIS) and creating knowledge bases. Outlines the general scheme of a possible intellectualization. Based on the analysis of algorithms and techniques for SS control and measurement technique of parameters the model is built.
