Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back High-effective radiolocation complex for monitoring of space activity safety at near-earth orbits – "Cobalt-M" M.N. Meshkov There are reviewed the two-purpose radiolocation complex (RC), using active radio-telescopes THA-1500 with basic mirror diameter 64 m, and multi-functional X-band transmitter with output power 20 KW. There are illustrated structure scheme of RC and its basic specifications. The main feature of RC “Cobalt-M” is shaping of query pulse with variable duration as function of range to location object that allows achieving energetic specifications of RC not worse than national and foreign radars monitoring near-Earth space.
