Mistrov The method of the substantiation of modes of application of complexes of information common safety for security of a guard of spatially – distributed composite plants and object-oriented operations of target organizational-engineering systems in conditions of conflict at stages of defensive and executive operations is offered on the basis of a solution of a two-level optimization discrete problem of allocation of a restricted resource of controlling means, getting of the information and fulfillment. The method is founded on branch and bound algorithms, normative scheduling and maximum unit.
