Reconstructing the profile of inner caverns of articles according the “thermal wave” control method |

Possibility of applying thermal wave control for thermal control of manufactured goods at the example of reconstructing the inner profile of chilled turbines’ blades is theoretically substantiated. An algorithm is suggested for surface irradiation capacity heterogeneity filtering is suggested. Results of control procedure computer modeling are presented. It is displayed that suggested reconstruction algorithms are resistant to temperature gauging errors. Method of combined control by methods “purging” and “thermal wave” is developed.
