Popovkin The methodical approach to forming the set of efficiency indices for processes of the functioning and evolving of the Space information support system (SIS) under the conditions of uncertainty and resources restrictions is considered. The recommendations on choosing methods of modelling (simulating) the processes of the functioning and evolving of the Space information support system and estimating their efficiency indices are given.
