Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back ANALYSIS OF THE METHODOLOGY OF THE MODERNIZATION PROCESS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES IN THE AVIATION INDUSTRY E.A. Kiryukhina The article analyzes the methodology of the modernization process of industrial enterprises in Russia, taking into account the features of the aviation industry. Types, varieties, and options for modernization strategies for enterprises with the possible use of state and private capital are considered. It is determined that the main goal of modernization activities is the technical renewal of enterprises that can be carried out using domestic, imported, and/or licensed equipment. Based on the analysis, problems that arise when choosing a strategy and method of modernization are identified, and the role of state support in mastering new technologies is noted. The effectiveness of the energy-saving program is given on the example of PJSC "ROSNEFT". The relevance of the problem is the need to introduce energy-saving technologies and choose the optimal solution for modernization, including the use of domestic, licensed, and foreign equipment, as well as combined or hybrid methods.
