METHODOLOGY OF IDENTIFICATION THRUST AND FUEL EXPENDITURE CHARACTERISTICS OF AN AIRCRAFT ENJINE |

The article is devoted to the identification of thrust and specific fuel consumption of a turbojet engine as part of an aircraft. A technique is shown to determine the traction and flow characteristics of a turbojet engine in fixed operating modes. The efficiency of the technique is demonstrated by a concrete example from the practice of testing an aircraft. A feature of the methodology is the procedure for calculating the traction and consumption characteristics of the engine through the non-inductive coefficient of excess thrust and the reduced instantaneous fuel consumption obtained in horizontal rectilinear acceleration modes.
