Barabanov Based on the comparison and selection of approximation methods for determining the currentvoltage characteristics of fast-flowing discharge processes in semiconductor plugs of various types, a generalized analytical simulation model of GTE semiconductor spark plugs has been compiled. It is shown that this model has versatility and can be used in both circuitry and simulation modeling of gas turbine engine capacitive ignition systems.
