SYSTEM RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN CLOSED EXCHANGE TASKS |

The paper presents a method for optimizing the initial allocation of resources of a complex technical system and the redistribution of system resources on the control interval. It is assumed that the original control problem is preliminarily reduced to a control problem for a smooth dynamical system. The proposed general approach is applicable to the management of a closed exchange of material, energy and information resources. Three types of tasks are considered:
1. Optimal initial allocation of system resources.
2. Optimal redistribution of system resources at a given control interval.
3. The complex task of exchange.
The corresponding formalization schemes are based on a special extension of the equations of the dynamic system of the original problem. In all the studied problems, the proposed approach made it possible to avoid exhaustive search methods and calculate the optimal initial allocations of resources and optimal controls for the internal exchange of resources. The results of verification simulation experiments are presented. The results obtained can be used both in managing a group of stationary objects connected by exchange channels, and in managing groups of mobile objects external to the control system.
