Absalyamov The method of formal description of refusals in which the studying procedure is combined with the choice of minimum set of controlled parameters procedure. In this method the way of grouping educational pattern and rating of groups for speedup study process convergence and also the modification of educational procedure in case of small volume and insufficient quality of aprior system is considered. Task solving of minimum set choice of controlled characteristics is done on the base of orthogonal vector system properties.
