METHOD FOR TESTING SPACECRAFT ONBOARD ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT BASED ON ROUTING OF FAULT INJECTION
D.A. Nedorezov, N.Y. Sirotinina, A.I. Postnikov, P.A. Ustinov

Problem. The article discusses the problem of increasing the test completeness and simultaneously reducing the testing time for on-board electronic equipment of a spacecraft with simulation of emergency situations in the real time mode. To solve this problem, a fault injection method based on the mathematical apparatus of graph theory is proposed. The method is used for hardware-in-the-loop simulation. To improve test efficiency, it is proposed to implement the described method using integrated circuits with programmable logic (field programmable gate array, FPGA). The aim of the work is to develop the test methodology and software and hardware systems for its implementation. The developed method should allow: to reproduce on the Earth the normal operation of the spacecraft on-board electronic equipment in outer space; support for hard real-time mode; simulate adequately on-board emergency situations. Results. Experimental studies show that the proposed method meets all the stated requirements and makes it possible to implement a full enumeration of the activation routes of the introduced faults within the specified constraints in an automatic mode within the specifi ed constraints. As a result, the reliability and completeness of testing spacecraft on-board electronic equipment is improved. Practical significance. The proposed method has been introduced into the production process at Academician M.F. Reshetnev "during the tests of the spacecraft OEE.
