METHOD OF FORMATION OF ORBITAL STRUCTURES HETEROGENEOUS ORBITAL CONSTELLATION OF SPACECRAFT |

The method of forming the ballistic structure of a heterogeneous orbital grouping in the composition of radio-technical and radar survey spacecraft that provide observation of the Earth’s surface is considered. The problem statement is formulated and the requirements for this class of orbital groupings are justified. An approach to the formation of a ballistic structure of a heterogeneous orbital grouping is proposed, which is implemented on the basis of mutual synchronization of several orbital structures of spacecraft by shifting one structure relative to another along the direct ascent of the ascending node. The proposed method allows us to obtain the relative position of the planes of the two orbital groupings, which ensures maximum observation efficiency.
