Shelomanov The article considers the problems of evaluating the reliability indicators of electrical radio products that arise when completing them with highly reliable electronic equipment used in space technology, as well as other areas in which there are great risks associated with equipment failures. Possible methods of obtaining estimates of reliability indicators for components for electrical radio equipment based on experimental data are analyzed. In the case of highly reliable electrical radio products, their testing in order to assess the reliability indicators requires signifi cant time and material costs, while the accelerated test methods have limitations associated with the permissible range of variation of the characteristics of operating modes and operating conditions and the need to have reliability models of electrical radio products. The article formulates proposals for organizing the collection of data on the operating time of electrical radio products as part of the tested and operating equipment and evaluating, on their basis, the reliability indicators of electrical radio products, and also describes a methodology for evaluating the reliability indicators of electrical radio products that has been tested over a number of years, using information about their trouble-free operation in equipment.
