Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back Geometrical precision limitations of vector attitude sensor designed on matrix image sensor N.N. Vasilyuk This article considers the spatial directions structure’s influence on the precision of vector attitude sensor. Two factors of geometric dilution of precision are introduced for the description of this influence on the measurements of sensor’s roll and tilt angles. Analytical expressions for these factors are derived. Numerical values of these factors are calculated for two types of matrix image sensors.
