WAYS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF CIVIL AVIATION AIRCRAFT SAFETY RELATED TO LOSS OF CONTROL IN FLIGHT. PART 1. ABOUT THE NEED FOR CHANGE APPROACHES TO CREW TRAINING |

The article deals with the problem of flight safety of civil aviation aircraft, due to organizational and technical hazard factors of existing approaches to the training of aircrew members in terms of preventing unintentional entry into difficult spatial positions, pre-explosion modes and stall modes. Based on the analysis of accident statistics, experience of flight tests and seminatural flight simulation on simulators, suggestions and recommendations are made to reduce the risk to the safety of civil aviation aircraft by regulatory activation of preventive work in three main areas:
– organization of special training of flight personnel to practice manual piloting skills to prevent the aircraft from getting into and out of LOC-I situations (Part 1);
– implementation of mathematical models on simulators used for training crew members, which allow to adequately model the dynamics of aircraft in stall modes and during flights in a turbulent atmosphere, including in wind shear conditions (Part 1);
– implementation of onboard information and intellectual support systems for the crew (Part 2).
