METHODOLOGY FOR EVALUATING THE COMPLETENESS OF AUTOMATED CONTROL OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF «SOYUZ-2» ROCKET-CARRIERS |

The article analyzes the existing approaches to assessing the value of information. Methodology adapted for use in modern hardware and software systems of streaming telemetric information is proposed. The application of the methodology of evaluates the completeness of control of telemetric parameters is reviewed using an example. The analysis of the results of the application of the technique obtained during the analysis was carried out, and conclusions were drawn on the appropriateness of using this technique in the formation of the initial data for conducting operational and express processing and analysis of telemetric information under the existing restrictions, including the processing of rapidly changing parameters in close to real time scale. The possibility of applying the methodology for assessing the completeness of monitoring of telemetric parameters in solving problems of choosing the optimal set of telemetry parameters in the operational and express analysis of telemetric information is substantiated.
