ANALYSIS AND JUSTIFICATION OF RELIABILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSPECTIVE SPACE VEHICLES

The issues of substantiating the required period of active existence of promising spacecraft are considered taking into account the fulfillment of all requirements of normative and technical documentation in terms of ensuring reliability, including requirements for the onboard equipment resource provided that domestic electronic component base and experience in the use of components of foreign production are used. The substantiation of the period of active existence of the spacecraft is considered taking into account the efficiency criterion. It is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of space systems, complexes and spacecraft taking into account the relative integral output effect and the duration of the normal functioning of the spacecraft. Expressions are proposed for evaluating the efficiency indicator and the relative integral output effect. A comparative analysis of the estimated reliability budgets (reliability) of a spacecraft with different payload composition over different periods of active existence is carried out. The results of the analysis of the schemes of construction, mass, energy consumption and cost of various airborne payload relay systems for various reliability indicators are considered. Proposals have been developed to clarify the current regulatory documentation, in terms of changing the required resource reserves at the time of launch, and recommendations on optimizing the composition of the payload and the reliability of the spacecraft in order to ensure the required reliability.
