Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back Problems and methods of autopilot synthesis for heavy ekranoplane A.V. Nebylov The first generation of heavy Ekranoplanes was developed under the order of the Soviet Navy. Presently the essential changes appeared in the concepts of Ekranoplanes design and application. The modern means of motion control automation has become applicable. The measuring systems of flight parameters for operation at low altitudes were designed. The criteria and methods for control systems improving for large ekranoplanes are given in the paper. The experience and achievements in this field of high technology in different countries are analyzed. Key words: flight control, low altitude flight, sea waves, control systems design.
