THE MODEL OF ARCHITECTURE FAULT TOLERANCE OF THE SPACECRAFT COMPUTING SYSTEM

The ever-increasing demands on the electronic equipment of spacecraft entail the need to create fail-safe computing modules based on configurable computing structures under the influence of space factors. The use of ultra-large integrated circuits as the main elements of computing modules requires the development of new approaches to design, the creation of new concepts, the modernization of existing software and algorithmic support, the creation of a new element base, and the use of new information technologies. The simultaneous increase in the requirements for the reliability of the onboard computing systems of the spacecraft increases the relevance of the problem of their fault tolerance. In this paper, we consider the architecture of the onboard computer system of the spacecraft in the aspect of fault tolerance. The publication notes the shortcomings of existing models of onboard computer systems for spacecraft. A mathematical model of the architecture under consideration is proposed, generalizing the well-known algebraic models. The properties of the proposed model are investigated and the design directions of its application are determined to ensure the necessary level of fault tolerance of the onboard computer system of the spacecraft. The expediency of using the proposed model is noted.
