Kulvits Ballistic substantiation of spacecraft (SC) systems providing radio-electronic observation of the Earth’s surface is considered. The problem statement is formulated and the requirements for this class of systems are substantiated. The analysis of parameters of SC orbits forming ballistic bound groups for which the relative position of SC in space repeats with the required periodicity is carried out. The method of solution of multivariate problems of the choice of orbital parameters and searching for orbital ballistic structure group associated with the group of KA.
