ABOUT DECREASE IN CONTROLLABILITY OF SPACECRAFT WHEN CARRYING OUT ACTIVE CONTROL MICROACCELERATIONS AT THE OPERATION STAGE |

The assessment of possible decrease in controllability of the spacecraft when carrying out active control of level of microaccelerations at a stage of operation of the spacecraft by increase in his axial moments of inertia is carried out. Dependences of additional reserves of fuel on the maximum permissible angular speed of rotation of flywheels of devices of active and passive orientation are received. Conclusions are drawn on infl uence of active control of microaccelerations on effective operation of the navigation system and traffic control of the spacecraft.
