MEASURING THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF THE TURBO SHAFT ENGINE GASES USING DIFFERENT TYPES OF SENSORS |
Zh.A. Sukhinets, A.L. Galiev, A.I. Gulin
Consider the differential dual-channel way to measure temperature of gas flows with jet-acoustic detectors that improve performance by three orders compared to thermocouples. As used principle of phase locked loop to the first harmonic signal of polyharmonic inherent jet acoustic generators in each channel improves the ac-curacy and speed of information processing, followed by converting it into a code. The scheme of electronically tunable filter, which considerably simplifies the selection of the first harmonic informative signal, is proposed. The analytical relations for its designing at the necessary tuning range are proposed too. The block of information, which allows not only to implement the differential circuit include two measuring channels, but also keep working the scheme in case of failure one of them, with insignificant decrease in performance measurement of temperature has been developed. Proposed method and the device significantly increases the performance and reliability of the measuring device in comparison with analogues and allow to prevent emergency situations of heating units and compressors.
Key words: jet-acoustic detector, frequency, performance, measuring channel, electronically tunable filter.
