MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY RESISTIYE COMPONENTS AEROSPACE GAUGE OF AN ANGLE |
А.I. Tsygankov
On the basis of «NIIEMP», a series of studies aimed at exploring the possibility of ob-taining nanopowders comprising the resistive pastes, using a centrifugal planetary mill Pulverisette-5 firms Fritsch. Grinding efficiency of all components was determined us-ing morphological analysis Particles Basic, allowing to carry out statistical analysis of the size and shape of the analyzed particles (grains). An example of a histogram of par-ticle size distribution of glass using the program Particles Basik. The obtained graphic dependences can be concluded that, to achieve a minimum particle size of the glass powder to be used the following process conditions: 1) The grinding of at least 8 hours; 2) The rotation speed of the carrier 350 rev / min; 3) 50 volume % loading of the drum; 4) The ratio of the working bodies and the powder of 75 %:25 %. Thus, studies have shown that the use of a centrifugal planetary mill Pulverisette-5 allows you to get the glass powders with an average equivalent particle diameter of about 1 micron. Such index is sufficient to obtain stable characteristics of resistive pastes used to fabricate a resistive potentiometer element. Key words: gauge of an angle, potentiometer, thick-film technology, resistive components, resistive paste, glass powder, centrifugal planetary milling, technological regimes.
