Kapitonov,Okhtilev M.Yu., Sokolov B.V. The work reviews the concept of creation (design) and implementation of the next generation of ACS PL for the space rocket «Soyuz-2». Currently available at the space centers in Russian Federation ACS PL have a number of weaknesses, the presence of which does not allow for effective integrated management of all the operations of preparation and launch of ILV «Soyuz-2». The work provides a comprehensive analysis of the shortcomings of the existing АCS, analyzes the current state of research and development in the sphere of informational technologies for design and implementation of АСS PL as of an automated system (АS) for status monitoring and control (SMC) of complex administrative and technical objects (СОТО). It reviews the fundamental approaches on which the provided concept is based and formulates basic principles and techniques of building and designing ACS PL ILV as AS SMC. The work proposes administrative and technical measures for the implantation of the next generation ACS PL based on the hardware and software solutions for the intelligent control developed and supplied at the cosmodrome.
