The paper considers the rationale for the use of radiation postulates disseminating information that are assumptions, none of which, are not implemented by the prac-tice. Shown, that their use, has a precise physical and geometric reasoning, only when applying pair projective coordinate system. It is shown that the pair projective coordinate system performs physical function, which enables you to synchronize the time parameter and the equilibrium wave processes between the object and the environment, creating conditions for their analytical descriptions pair of projective geometry.
