On a systematic error of radar measurements |

The article describes the systematic error of radar measurements associated with the measurement of transit time. It is shown that the distance to the object depends on the angle of the review, and the time dependence is indirect. It has been shown that locating the measurement is performed in the projective coordinate system and the use therein of one meter gives rise to 2-measuring zones. In the far field using time measurement results include systematic (unrecoverable) error associated with the observed size of the object and the opening angle of the antenna. In the near-field dependent on the distance to the object of time – is absent, resulting in emergency situations using location. The prospects of using steam projective coordinate system relative to the phase measurement method.
