Approach to technical diagnosing of refusals
of onboard control systems of aircraft
in the conditions of environment influence

The formalistic approach to diagnosing of refusals of onboard control systems by power plants of aircraft on the basis of results of their test in the conditions of influence of factors of environment is considered. The condition for representation of analog numerical values of output parameters by binary signals is given. Problems of object domain are supported by intelligent technologies in the form of the formal-ized conditions for creation of databases and knowledge bases and their further use to destination. The method of creation of models of diagnosing in the form of matrixes, allowing to consider cause-effect relationships between operating signals, output parameters, refusals, environment factors is offered. The advantage of this method is ability of identification of refusals taking into account nominal environmental conditions and the set sequence of factors of environment, critical to technical conditions of onboard control systems. The step-by-step algorithm of dimension reduction (optimization) of models of diagnosing is developed. The algorithm is considered on a concrete example that allows to understand better mechanisms of receiving final engineering option of model of diagnosing. Criteria of aggregation of limited structure of information-significant input-output functional dependences are defined. Feature of criteria is opportunity to consider influence of the set sequence of critical factors of environment. The algorithm dimension reduction of model in the form of logical directed graph, differing is developed by presentation of identification of the facts of diagnosing of refusals. The presented means are intended on application in various technical branches for account of possibility of their fast adaptation in relation to a specific objective.
