Multi-parametric optimization of complex nonlinear nonstationary stochastic systems by criterion
of maximum probability of fulfilling the technical specifications onto the quality indices

The paper describes elaboration of structure and algorithms of the digital control system for regulation of fuel consumption including the control subsystems for regulation of the fuel consumption components ratio «oxidizer/fuel» and the apparent velocity in the multistage launch-vehicles «Souz-2» and «Souz-ST». Optimization of parameters of these systems is performed by a special version of the Monte-Carlo method and standard grid approach. The main goal of optimization was satisfaction of prescribed high technical specifications onto static and dynamic accuracy of the control systems. The results of optimization have been confirmed by many real flights of the launch-vehicles.
