Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back NEW METHODS FOR COMPENSATION OF TEMPERATURE ERROR IN THE SYSTEMS OF GROUND ACOUSTIC LOCATION N.A. Abdullayev In the article the possibility for compensation of sound’s speed variation due to temperature changes by inverse variation of the air’s humidity, caused by interrelation between temperature and humidity of air is analyzed. It is shown, that the level of mutual compensation of relevant errors increases by decrease of temperature of air.The method for increasing of accuracy of acoustic location upon using of method of circles is suggested. The matter of the proposed method is that the effect of temperature should be compensated by proper selection of frequency spectrum zone of acoustic signal.
