Aerospace Instrument-Making Annotation << Back THE SYSTEM OF ANALYTICAL AND NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTS AS WELL AS DIAGNOSTICS OF IMPACT RESISTANCE OF CONTROL DEVICES APPARATUSES DURING ENGINEERING AND TEST BED DEVELOPMENT, APPLICATION IN ROCKET PRODUCTION I.Ya. Ogurtsov Basic results of theoretical study, practical testing and recommendations concerning the system of analytical and nondestructive control introduction into engineering practice as well as impact resistance diagnosis of the controllers of moving apparatuses during design and experimental developments are given here. A new transformation of real variable function – the spectral triad, was taken as a basis of the system. For each stage of device’s experimental development the system is being developed in the form of a communication set of mathematic models and design techniques. Mathematic models describe impact acceleration, controller construction, the ties of device’s construction and spectral triad, the system of gyro integrators as a meter of impact acceleration vector. The techniques provide design maintenance for each stage, in particular for calculations, compares of spectral triads and compliant accelerations, calculations of test impact accelerations. The crux of the control system is that inadmissible impact stresses are detected and remedial measures are taken on time.
