APPLICATION OF SPECTRAL TRIAD OF REAL VARIABLE FUNCTION IN CALCULATION OF THE DESIGN AND TEST PERCUSSION ACCELERATIONS OF CONTROL DEVICES OF MOVING APPARATUSES |

A new transformation of real variable function – the spectral triad, is applied for the calculations of the design and test percussion forces acting on the control device of moving apparatus being developed under impact overload. Likeness of the calculated impacts and the given initial data is justified. Formulas for calculations are provided. Physical meaning of the method as well as the impact testing mode is explained. Calculation procedure allows excluding inadmissible overloading of the device even at the initial stage of the design.
